「Did not get the second parking spot we were promised and told to fight for the visitor parking spots! Accused of smoking in the room and threatened to be charged $500 just as we checked out and it was Neighbor suite, everyday most of the day, pool code given was wrong. Elevator out until last day but the Kona low was cause and won’t blame them. Room is great, location is great, but management group is poor! 」
