「I would love to be able to tell you about the breakfast bar, however, when checking in, to our surprise, we were informed that the reservation didn't include the breakfast bar. When planning the trip through Expedia I clicked "breakfast included" to filter the resort options. Guess what...it wasn't and there wasn't any options to click when finalizing the plans. This is on Expedia not the resort in our opinion. This needs to be better clarified on your website.」

「The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping...
