I had a terriable experiance this property. It is cleaned and dust is all over the place. Floors are not cleaned. Dead roaches in the kitchen and roaches roamining all around the kitchen and not living area. Not safe to live this property. The time we checked in very late and Complianed to Expedia and Vtrips about the condition of the property. No action was taken. No other properties are available because of late night. Ended up sleeping in the car with two kids and walked out.

Not the best property we’ve stayed at for sure, everything just seems old, worn down and uncared for. Daily occurrence of bugs and cockroaches in the kitchen, so had to be extra careful to not leave food related garbage anywhere, even in the garbage bin. Screen door was a joke, it barely was able to open to the back porch, glass door never shut right. Front door lock was loose, sometimes the screws would bind in the door and not let you in. Bedroom air con did not work (why even have it in there then???), luckily the living room air con did work though. No towels anywhere, the ironing board was broken, TV and cable difficult to figure out. None of the remotes in the bedroom worked. They did have a couple of extra fans in the closet which were nice, but they were dirty and didn’t stay pointed where you wanted. There is a pool available and a BBQ area, and it’s right on the beach, so those are positives. Parking isn’t too bad and the elevator worked fine. I’d say overall it was barely passable, but definitely won’t be staying there again.

Pros: location is within 5 mins of beaches, walkable to cafes. Pool is nice and property backs onto a nice beach. View from lanai is pretty. Bed is comfortable. Second bathroom sink and mirror is convenient. Has microwave and full stove and fridge. Cleaning staff is lovely and accommodating. Cons: in the only bedroom the AC doesn’t work properly. We followed the manual and it would turn on and turn off within minutes every single time. It was useless. Property mgmt said they informed owner who indicated they would replace the unit but this didn’t happen within our stay which was disappointing. When you arrive no AC is on so the place feels humid and uncomfortable. By the second night with the fan (one doesn’t work) and AC on in the living room the bedroom is tolerable at night for one person but would be too hot for more than one person. Floors feel very dirty. Bathtub is creaky and needs replacing. Lanai door is a hazard. Overall wouldn’t stay again and we are very open minded. Needs major updating and at the very, very least the bedroom AC needs replacing for it to be a descent option. Lots of potential though for some upgrades!

The condo was nice, but has a very uncomfortable bed, the washer/dryer is a laundry mat, the WiFi only worked about 1/2 the stay, and it smelled like sewage at the complex the entire time. They also have a housekeeper that comes in, but you have to clean and pay for the towels to be washed prior to leaving.

There were multiple shortcomings in this unit- And we called to ask for a solution to the one that was most bothersome. We were promised a repair for the next day. No service and no phone call to explain why not. So, no working bath tub. The windows in the bedroom were so dirty! Before we got there we were informed that the portal was broken. We were not ever given the codes to use the pool and bbq area. A kind resident provided it. The complex was really private and kept quite nice.
