「The gentlemen out front attending to cars were very helpful. The attendant checking people in was not as welcoming. His demeanor didn’t ruin my overall experience. It was just off putting right when I walked in the door.」

「Although they are in the middle of renovating, they accommodated us all very well. We took our seven year old daughter and six of her friends to Birmingham Zoo for her birthday and stayed at this hotel for the weekend. The staff was very nice and responsive.」

Tiles missing, wallpaper unfinished, fixtures hanging on for dear life, dust and construction debris. Breakfast buffet was unappealing. Front staff seemed like they did not want to be there. Great location but bad property. 」

「A really great property. I'm guessing it's quite new because it was spotless. Huge room with plenty of space. Full size fridge with a kitchenette. Good size HD TV. Plenty of desk space. Easy access to Interstate, shops, food etc. Only negative, the AC was quite noisy and couldn't seem to switch it off completely. There's a wall control along with a control on the unit. The unit control managed to switch off the AC but the fan kept running. Whenever the AC went to cooling it was louder than the...
