布蘭諾歷史商業區 3 星級飯店

「The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location.」

「The room wasn’t the cleanest. Still had food crumbs on the counters, the floor wasn’t clean, the carpet had sticky stuff in it, there was hair in the bathroom. Other than the cleanliness of the room, our experience was good.」

「Honestly, I didn't know you had to pay for parking. I probably overlooked it when I booked the reservation. Oh, I did expect a little more than an omelet and a cup of coffee for breakfast but that's ok because I was overall happy with everything. Hope to have a revisit soon. Thank you」
