「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「The hotel was fairly new, but hadn’t been maintained. The room was OK but very dirty. All the corners needed to be cleaned. The tub needed to be cleaned. There was a lot of hair in spots. I had to wipe down the entire room before I used it. I only stayed one of my two nights because I was so grossed out. It’s an expensive staff was decent locations not bad but the construction is a bit of a pain.」

「The hot tub had a black film on top, pool are was absolutely trashed, wet towels all over be floor, mold on the ceiling tiles. It smelled like chemicals so bad it burned my eyes. The elevator was gross, wet floor all the time and incredibly slow. Everything in the room was worn down. Overall we just couldn’t wait to get out of there. 」

「The staff was not helpful or friendly otherwise the room was amazing and breakfast had so many options. Would expect better staff behavior from Marriott」
