High Point 3 Stars Hotels

"The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. Upon check in they let us know that they serve breakfast from 6:30-10, and have a happy hour with popcorn and drinks from 5-6 and serve a free meal from 5:30-7. Each guest gets two free alcoholic beverages per night, there are soda machine and free coffee. This was a really pleasant experience with clean rooms and daily housekeeping which is practically unheard of since Covid. I highly recommend a stay here. If you are traveling with a family, the free dinner alone can save you $100 a night. "

"The hotel is very nice and clean, although we had a few misfortunes during our stay. The elevators were being renovated so we had to use the stairs. Upon check in, the gentlemen informed me that he sent an email but while traveling, I hadn't checked it so this was the first we heard it. A phone call would have been better. (I later found the email in my spam folder) But it was fine so we stayed anyways. The room was clean but our toilet kept over flowing for some reason. A kind gentlemen came up quickly to take care of it. The TV remote was not responding, but the front desk clerk was kind enough to come up to check it out and gave us another one to use. The breakfast was hot and everything was fresh. Even with all the mishaps, I would stay here again but hope my next experience will be better. "
