「I enjoyed the staff Jasmine, Toiya and GM carried my luggage up the stairs. The staff was very hospitable, my room was clean up to my standards. My breakfast was great….. my girlfriend and I had a ball catching up.」

「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「The pool is much smaller than the photo. Also too crowded and chlorinated for my group to use/enjoy. Check in was a disaster and they didn’t offer to accommodate or make up for the 3 hour delay. We did not get the rooms that we booked thru Expedia but the hotel itself wasn’t willing to help resolve the issue they just gave me a phone number to take care of it myself. Very disappointed as this was a spring break staycation meeting up with friends and the kids. 」

「3 staff members said there be 2 shuttles since we had a party of 12. We paid for the stay and fly. Got to the lobby in the morning and there was only 1 shuttle. The staff member that was working apologized and said they only ever run 1 shuttle and didn’t have any idea why we would have been told different. Hotel is outdated but kind of neat that way. Our room didn’t have a working thermostat so it was cold when we got in and hot the morning we left. Bar in the hotel is cool and great service. 」

「We had booked this hotel after staying at the Hyatt Detroit Royal Oak. Wrong decision… the website showed a bar, the eatery restaurant, and a pool. We arrived in the evening and planned on just eating at the hotel. I asked about the bar at check-in, they said the bar is closed (no license), we asked about the restaurant, was told it’s only breakfast.
