"Safe, clean , nice area. Very busy road exiting hotel. Staff was passable. They answered questions and weren’t rude at all. Just didn’t greet you going in and out like I’ve gotten used to. Would definitely stay again. "

"Went for relaxation while in the city . Lobby was clean spacious and updated . Check in went smooth . One of the elevators was out , understandable , but the hotel was also hosting a mixer in the front of the building . So wait for elevator was a bit long. Room was spacious ,but dated and aged, with purple walls and turquoise curtains . Not a big deal for a night or two but there was “event” being held in front of the building , music blared until 1030 or so . Called down , Cade in guest services was not very helpful nor polite. Hilton customer service and Expedia was helpful in the end. "
