"Pretty nice property...kind of gitchy as it is old/new. Modern amenities, but with an old world feeling. Priced right with a really nice pool/hot tub and exercise room. The sauna was being upgraded - so no go for our stay. Stay here for a bit of an old world/Euro experience. We'll be back."

"After reading some reviews, I was a bit leery of what the hotel might be like. It couldn't have been Better! The staff was most helpful. The main hotel areas were delightful Our room was Clean and very Comfortable. Great location as we wanted to have dinner at Jim's Steakhouse downtown Peoria. A short walk! "

"The hotel is beautiful and very clean. It’s literally right next to the ISU campus. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The room itself was clean, but I could not reach anybody on the phone. according to the buttons on the phone you should’ve been able to reach dining, front desk, etc.. The mattress felt firm and cheap, so it was hard to get a good nights sleep. I am the cook at home, so I was really looking forward to a made-to-order breakfast in the morning. When I asked...

"A good choice for staying if attending an event at the Civic Center; a short walk. Our room was fine, and there is plenty of parking. I would stay here again just for the easy walk to the arena. No breakfast or amenities to speak of, but I was aware of that when booking."

"The hotel was beautiful. Nice pool, basketball hoop and a lovely outside patio with grill and fire pit. The breakfast choice was not great and the food was awful. Disappointed knowing we paid a lot of money to stay here. Another benefit was we were close to all the stores gas stations and restaurants. "

"It is no longer a Days Inn. It has switched to Econolodge, which caused some confusion in trying to find it. All I wanted was clean, safe and economic. It fit all three. Breakfast was minimal."
