「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight.
2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!!
3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled.

「Hotel room was clean and very spacious for a family of four. Glad this room has a mini-refrigerator and microwave. Convenient to local eateries and shopping. Breakfast was varied with a lot of options and plentiful. Will be staying at this hotel again the next time we visit the Denver area.」
