"We LOVE staying here! Nothing fancy but a GREAT place to stay to relax. This was our 4th stay here and already booked again for May!! Plenty of things to do and places to eat (if you don't want to eat there) within a 20 minute drive! Always something going on!"

"The front desk was exceptionally professional. The annex where we stayed safe as well. But. The room didn’t have any space to put your clothes or suitcase and that was concerning. The key code didn’t work and the shower could have used a curtain. But overall. This is a place we would return to as the location excellent and the staff professional. "

"Very nice hotel ... And liked it's location right next to a park area with walking trails and outdoor space. We didn't stay for coffee and breakfast as it required purchase for even a basic coffee. Their breakfast options were nice but also not I closed in the room fee. That's ok, we knew that and chose to go elsewhere on our way out of town. "

"It was great but there were roaches and spiders I left at 430 am to be to work they wasn’t in the lobby when I returned my key I did get a picture of the spider in the bed I really would like a refund credited to my one key "

"The property has been restored to a 1920 homestead and it is extremely inviting and comfortable. The porch overlooking the Ohio River was an awesome feature and we enjoyed our coffee while waiting for the sunrise and listening to the water flow by. The houses are very private at the end of Water Street. Dan, the manager was very hospitable and called prior to our check in to go over the details and make recommendations about the local color.
