「Overall all the property looks good. I not sure if they have enough parking spaces near the Hotel compared to the rooms being available within the hotel. If you arrive late evening from your work, the parking spaces was all filled and you’re forced to park at the Hotel’s over flow parking area which was very in convenient and time consuming if you had to bring work related equipment back to your hotel room . 「The lobby looks newish, but everything else is very old. Things are peeling and cracked and missing knobs, attachments, shampoo bottles should’ve been attached to the wall, but it had fallen off and still hit the attachments on them and were in the tub. It was fine, but I’ll be trying somewhere else next time.」

「This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. 」

But I had to book a hotel at short notice and nobody from hotels.com or the person that I rented from felt obligated to compensate the difference of the hotel room I had to book instead of the house I had set up rent.
