「We are nearing tge end of a cross-country trip and booked this hotel just outside Boston. After staying in 10 different hotels, this one ranks at the top for cleanliness and comfort. From the spacious, bright lobby to the larger-than-usual standard room, everything was great!」

「23:00 fire alarm rings, everybody rushed out! Then the next morning 7:30 fire alarm rings again. But the hotel didn’t give any explanations!」

「A beautiful, historic hotel smack-dab in the middle of Salem, walkable to shops, dining, ghost tours, Witch Museum(s), and what-have-you. Very easy, free parking directly adjacent. Excellent breakfast, professional desk staff. People that complain about the shower and toilet/basin being situated in separate, small rooms likely haven't traveled in Europe. We had no problem with this, and it's fine with me if the shower doesn't steam up the mirror you need to shave in front of. 」

「Tyrese was such a breath of fresh air!! Thank you Tyrese from Texas. So friendly, easy check in. Nicer area than Boston but close enough to it to get to the airport. 」

「Wish it had on site parking, but parking lot was a short walk away. The hotel is right on Essex, so within a 10 min walk of most shops, attractions, and local restaurants. 」

「A Courtyard is always a good bet and this is no exception. The staff are excellent and the amenities are good. Sometimes the rooms are a little overpriced when it’s busy but otherwise a great stay. 」

「Excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Great staff. Full kitchen with everything you need. Large room with plenty of room for the family. Outdoor pool and recreation area were great. Lots of variety for breakfast. Wish our stay here was longer. Absolutely would stay again if in the area. Will look for this hotel in other areas as well.」

「Love the cozy, clean, old school (in a good way) room. Easy access to restaurants, parking, highway and shopping. Can get a meal or a drink without leaving the premises! 」
