「Chose this hotel because it had cheaper rates than others of similar class in the area. The hotel is in pretty good shape except the fitness room is closed (this was listed at the time of booking) and the pool closes at 8, which makes it difficult to use if you have day plans.They have a pool lift chair but it was broken (as is usually the case in these types of motels) so we couldn’t use the pool anyway, but it did not look clean and had a green tinge to it. 「Checked in staff was nice. Room had a smell, mold in the bathroom on the walls (Blackmold), mold on the window casing. The TV speakers were broken. Due to the timing the office person offered to move us to another room, which we did. The second room didn’t have mold. Smelled. The outside of the property is nice, the rooms need updating.」

「Came here thinking I’d get a relaxing weekend but oh no!! 1. Family reunion 2. Softball team 3. Baseball team 4. Transient housing All these people and no accommodations. Not enough breakfast food, not enough reception food. No towels, no access to the pool, no blankets for pull out sofa. The family reunion did until 1am!! Just sad. Horrible」

「Absolutely horrible experience. Booked a stay after a relative was in Grandview icu. I had a severely broken foot at the time as well and was assuming they would be perfect for some relief. No breakfast or access to anything unless you are a platinum gold elite member of their hotel group.」
