"Check in was a breeze and the staff here are wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. The room needed work, the carpet at the threshold from kitchenette to room was worn with fraying and the tack strip was showing with sharp points. The security lock on the door was jammed and would not lock. The pool at the hotel was horrible, dirty and didn’t appear to have any chemicals. There was rust around the pool stairs in the deep end."

"Great location right near the airport with the added bonus of having a complimentary shuttle service. Room was spacious and clean, and staff was friendly."

"****BEWARE**** I was here for a basketball tournament over the weekend and we had no hot water. I guess a few other people had the same problem. I was told that when the manager came in Monday, I would be compensated for my stay. Instead, she told Expedia that when she got there Monday, there was nothing wrong with the water and they will not offer any sort of compensation. They didn’t even offer me another room after I told them that I had no hot water and said they can come check for themselves . Instead, I received an email saying that their boilers are working fine and that they think it was from all the teenagers in the hotel staying there.. EXCUSE ME !! if your hotel boilers can’t keep up when your hotel is at full capacity then maybe you need an inspection done maybe things aren’t up to code. Not to mention the leak under the sink or the heater that was making noise all night . Those things I could overlook but hot water is a basic amenity. And they think they’re slick instead of texting me back they call the room so that their side of the conversation isn’t documented. Unprofessional . My worst experience ever at a hotel. "

"Horrible11th birthday party for my daughter. Pool, rooms, resort, and water park dirty. We had to ask for washcloths and towels which none were avaliable in the room opon arrival. No restaurants or snack bars were open at the water park which made it so where we had no access to food or drink while there unless we left the waterpark. Way understaffed. We booked not knowing expedia does not offer water park passes with the rooms until we got there so we had to pay a extra 70 per person for water passes. 70 x 6=420 is alot so we paid almost twice as much from not booking straight with the resort. The only good this was the staff of 2 at the waterpark. We will not be using expedia any time in the future. I feel some type of refund is necessary. "

"We got down for. Breakfast about 20 minutes before closing and they were already out of most every thing on our first morning. 2nd day we got there around 8:30 everything was good but not hot. Our holtel room appeared to be dark. The curtins dont close to well Had to use clips to make sure they were closed. "
