「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」

「I was very impressed with the history of the building and decor. It was extremely clean, comfortable beds and the front office was exceptional. I was traveling from Chicago with my elderly mother who got lost and locked out and they were so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend the The Principal Hotel in Colombia, IL 」

「Grand old hotel that is a step back in time. The hotel itself is worth exploring with its special spaces devoted to its history. Prime location within steps of Archway Park and less than half mile from Busch Stadium. But you don’t have to worry about walking to the latter because the hotel provides a shuttle to and from games. Walls are a bit thin in the rooms but they are comfortable and clean. Highly recommend it to anyone.」
