「The room was clean but was missing several important items, such as any type of baking pan or mixing bowls for cooking. The pool area was very nice with on site food and drinks. I wouldn’t plan on visiting the Keys, in general, if you’re looking for great beaches. The “private beach” here is adequate for sunbathing but that’s about it. There’s too much seaweed to really enjoy the water, at least in late May/early June. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, and would recommend if you’re looking...

「The room was remodeled, but not well done. The room was clean and spacious. Parking was easy with a “garage” for each split level suite. The pool water level was 1 foot low and dirty.」

「Hair on pillows. Add 10 minutes to get hot shower water. Paper thin walls. We heard conversations and loud partying at night. Air conditioner kicks on and it sounds like a rocket launch. The room gets very cold and then hot. Furniture is worn in the room and lobby. Forget the 6:30 AM breakfast. At 6:40 AM the lights were off, no food was out and the set up person ignored us. RUN.」

「Property has main resort approximately 1 mile from the bayside villas. This was not advertised as such, as description made it appear properties were closer. Main resort has more amenities. Our villa floor was dirty throughout, appliances dirty. Advertised as 2 bath, but only 1.5. Wall in half bath covered in unknown substance/residue. Pool at villa dirty upon arrival. Despite all of this, staff was very nice. I reported the issues and team cleaned villa while we were out first day. Maintenance...

「The property is beautiful. The pool is amazing. It's a walk in pool that gradually gets deeper to a tall rock formation with a waterfall cascading down with cool refreshing water. You can relax in the pool with a picturesque ocean view. The property is owner operated, so much love goes into the care of the property.」
