Clean room, beautiful resort, no breakfast at restaurant, restaurant's food is underwhelming. Looks to be a off site restaurant annexed to resort location. Pool and beach excellent.

The unit we got was not what was pictured when booking. It had a nice view and pool. The unit itself was very worn and in need of some TLC. The air conditioning was VERY loud, the beds and couch creaked with every move. The washer seal was full of black mold. Our family agreed it was a nice complex and felt safe but the condition of the rental unit was lacking for what we paid.

The room was not very clean and very outdated. It needs alot of work. We did not interact with bar or laundry. Let's just say the look on the website was very deceiving. The elevator was broken, we are supposed to be refunded some money for the inconvenience and not charged for resort fees. So far we have not received a refund and I have been charged resort fee. Im praying I get this money back. Not happy with this experience.

When I arrived at the property, the security guard told me that I had to drive 3 miles down the road on Route 1 to check in and get my room key because of how I booked the my room. When I arrived at the check in on Route 1 they told me that I would be in building 4 and that the elevator was broken. I told them one of the people in my family is in a wheelchair and was not possible. They assigned me another room in building 2, which was a terrible the walls were dirty and need painting, the frying pan on the kitchen was not clean and covered in dried up scrambled eggs and was put away in the cabinet that way. The furniture is mismatched and looks like odds and ends from a yard sale. I have photos of this run down condo/room, I would advise that you book your stay somewhere else because the pictures that are online are photoshopped and do not show the same accommodations. The comforter had stains on it, the outlet in the livingroom was didn’t work. I called to complain that there were so many things wrong and they told me that they would get back to me in 36-72 hours. Save your money and go somewhere else. This was my first time booking with Expedia and I will take my business elsewhere moving forward.

The check in is in a different location than property in a strip mall which was different. The elevator was out and we were on 4th floor. Then the we were going to use pool before check out and it was closed for cleaning until 10AM although nobody in pool area at all. A bit disappointing for people wanting to get a morning swim in before breakfast. No breakfast options on site. The inside of the unit was very nice but the outside amenities were not great. Just okay in my opinion.

The apartment is a good size, but the cleaning needs improvement—especially sofa bed linens, which did not feel fresh.” Overall, the apartment is well-equipped and has everything you need. I would rate it four stars.”

The unit was very outdated. We found men's underwear under one of the beds along with other stuff. There are very few supplies. Not even salt and pepper! No mixing bowls if you do want to make something. The dryer didn't work. We reported it the first day there, and nothing happened. They said we'll fix ASAP. FIVE DAYS LATER, it still wasn't working. Best thing was it had a nice view off the tiny balcony. Would NOT recommend or plan on going back.

Amazing stay, will definitely be back We had an amazing time at Ocean Pointe Suites at Key Largo and truly loved everything about it. The amenities are top-notch, great tennis courts, an amazing pool, and a really solid onsite restaurant. The property felt very safe, clean, and well maintained throughout our stay. Our unit was a 10/10, everything we needed and very comfortable. You can tell the management and owners take this place seriously, it really shows in how well everything is run. The location is also super convenient, with plenty of great restaurants and amenities within a 10-minute drive. The pier is a standout feature, perfect spot to catch a beautiful sunrise. We’re already planning to come back for a longer stay. Highly recommend.

We loved the location and quiteness. The broken elevator was a true inconvenience with elderly family members huffing up 4 flights of stairs and the person to help was no where. Entering was easy, as someone just opened the gate, but the next day the gate guy said we should have stopped and got a pass, he never came out of the booth the first night. Check in is off location, but check out is simple. Our room was okay, the other family members had a terrible mattress.
