「Microwaves on the floor with ice machines were so dirty I would suggest using the ones in the breakfast area, also staff didn’t offer the wrist bands for the beach chairs」

「I booked a room for 3 nights. I had read reviews by others and now feel it’s very overrated. I know it’s an older property but expected more. I would not say the property is dirty but it really shows wear. Also, they need to get a new linen service. The towels were the worst, very rough. The mattresses were very hard and of poor quality. Not the hotels fault but the room next to us had a very loud group that was up until 3 am. I got the sense that there were guests that were disappointed as we...

「The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The rooms have the oldest furniture and interior design I’ve ever seen in the U.S. Honestly, I think this hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The staff, however, are amazing—everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I don’t think the hotel is very clean. It’s only tolerable for one night.」
