「The staff were very helpful, polite, and outstanding. Unfortunately I had a good bit of issues with the lights in my room not turning on, which was pretty frustrating after an exhausting day. Maintenance had already left, so there was nothing they could do. Couldn’t find me a new room since they were overbooked.
