「Stayed there between summer and ski season. Excellent value. Not particularly crowded. Easy drive to lakeside on the quieter north side. Staff helpful and friendly. At the foot of the ski runs literally at the base of the mountains. And on the edge of a great golf course. 」

「I stayed at PlumpJack inn for a wedding I was attending down the road. I stayed for one night. My check in time was very close to the time that the wedding ceremony started, so I was a bit nervous that I was going to be scrambling and possibly late to the ceremony. 「Really nice place to relax and enjoy the woods. The cabin felt isolated with the secluded outdoor area in the back. The room was clean and recently remodeled. Will definitely go back. 」

Broken fan and no window screens put a damper on the hot days and evenings that we were there. Buy bug spray for mosquitos. Need updated frying pans. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. 」

「Limited supplies - no sponge to wash dishes, almost all empty for hand soaps and detergents, only two laundry detergent pods left, no napkins or tissues, one roll of paper towels, also be aware it’s a hot water tank and not tankless so only enough hot water for 1.5 showers before you have to wait. Also many old and unusable pots/pans. No pan so can’t use oven. 」
