「I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.」

「Scrambled eggs and ham, etc., at breakfast were excellent on 1st day, out on 2nd day. The 530 Happy Hour food and drink were very good, also. It is a good location off I70, and near I170, and I270. The indoor pool and hot tub were closed - due to thunderstorms I was told?? 」

「It is a terrible experience. The faucet of the shower is broken and the water kept flowing with a big noise for the whole night. The engineer came to work on it from 12am to 1am but cannot fix it. I cannot sleep for the whole night. I came to Crowne Plaza to have a good sleep because I just have a more 20 hours flight trip. But I cannot because of the broken of the faucet and the noise. I have stayed in Crowne Plaza for many times. This is the worst experience.」

「I really did not like how strict the bartenders were with the happy hour hours. I got in line about 2 minutes before happy hour completed and i was (rudely) told that they were cutting off the line before me. When i asked what time it was she admitted that there was still time but there was nothing that they could do. i don't know if it was the bartenders decision or if they were directed by management to cut ppl off. 「Right across the street from a police station, so that's nice actually. When you walk in it smells good. Not musty or overpowering of chlorine even though the pool is right there. Was quiet and the beds were comfy enough. Room was decently clean as well believe me I looked!」
