"Check-in after hours was so convenient, the condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were so close to restaurants, shopping and the venue we were at all weekend. Check-out was also convenient and simple. The communication with the property manager was concise and friendly. Will definitely be back the next time we stay."

"I’m so thankful that we were able to stay somewhere that didn’t reek of marijuana or other nasties that I don’t want to smell. It smelled pleasant and was very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable and was clean. There was a hiccup at check in but I don’t think that was any fault of the hotel staff and the woman was apologetic about the wait (it didn’t bother us, we were just sitting in the comfortable chairs and relaxing). We will be staying again, for sure! "

"The staff was amazing. Our tv stopped working and they did all they could do so they brought another tv and then it got fixed later. The woman that worked the evening shift remembered our name and said hi with our name. That is something we do mot experience in any hotel. Very warm homey feel. Great staff. The gal for breakfast excellent employee."

"Brand new condo, very modern, in a quiet location. It looks exactly like the photos. Generally it was very clean although the floor had not been cleaned, consequently very dirty feet! I think because it was so new some basics had been overlooked such as an iron and ironing board, balcony furniture and glasses. The only glasses were plastic beakers. The only other downside for me was the polyester sheets and thick comforter. "

"Hotel was very clean and room had all the amenities we needed. Mattresses could be replaced as they are starting to sag a bit in the middle. A big step up from the Tru by Hilton room we stayed in for 3 previous nights. "

"We spent last night in New Orleans, so we were SO happy to get to Gulf Port and find a nice clean town and a spotlessly clean hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was fantastic. He gave us a tour of the property and made sure we were all settled in. On a 10 scale, I give The Almanett a 12!!!"
