「Great experience. I was looking for a non-casino hotel near Keesler AFB and this one fit the bill. Less than 10 minutes from base and right on the beach. Check-in was fast and friendly. Room was very clean and well serviced through my stay. A welcome change from many other hotels I have stayed at recently. If I make it back to Biloxi, I will definitely stay again. 」

「We stayed at the Hyatt Place Biloxi and were very impressed with how clean the hotel was. The rooms were also very well maintained, especially the floors, which is something I always notice when staying at hotels. Overall, the property felt fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. I would have gladly given this hotel 5 stars, but unfortunately, my experience with the in-house Starbucks brought my rating down to 4 stars. I ordered a latte that tasted more like warm milk with syrup than actual coffee....

「This is the 2nd time that I've book an IHG property and when I get there to check-in, they tell me they've sold out of the room type I reserved AND paid for! 2 Queen beds for me and my son! This time, I was there early enough to insist they accommodate my reservation. Not so lucky in Tallahassee last time. The front desk clerk mentioned it was because I booked third party - though Expedia would want to know. In addition, they do not have complementary breakfast.」

「The staff was very friendly and very outgoing. The breakfast was fresh and hot every day and a widespread of food. Our room overlooked the gulf which we enjoyed from morning to night. 」

「The smell of SMOKE is overwhelming when you walk into the lobby as well as the casinos. They should invest in some type of purification air filters. Thank God, the smoke smell was not in the room but the toilet flushed automatically every 45 seconds. Just change the flap inside the tank! The shower floor and area near glass petition needs to be bleached to eliminate the black mold that is building up. Thank God, we carry bleach sanitizing wipes. The water view was relaxing and beautiful!...
