比洛克西 3 星級飯店

「Had to wait and couldn't check in until a little after 4 PM. Water view room I reserved was replaced with pool view. Neighbors in adjacent room were noisy all night long for a number of nights even though we told guest services. Overall, a bit disappointing.」

「Room was clean, except it was obvious that staff didn't clean the floors under edges and corners that could be easily. staff were great!」

「Everything was amazing , staff was there accommodating in the facilities was very clean」

「It was almost perfect. The place was very clean. The staff were super friendly and professional. The only problem is that the shampoo and conditioner were out and I didn’t realize it until I was already in the shower. I purposely didn’t buy any the night before because I saw there were pumps of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom but then the next morning when I went to use it, I realized that the bottles were empty (you can’t tell until you go to pump them). That was my only discrepancy.」

「Todo bien, solo mi habitación no estaba muy limpia,lo demás ok」

「The staff was exceptional. Room could have been cleaned better but was acceptable. Small variety of breakfast items available but what was offered was good.」
