「The room was clean and cozy and the vibes of the room and the hotel were so cute and fun! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Charlotte!」

「When I checked in about 4:30, the lady asked my name and I went to show her my credit card and ID and she said I don’t need that which was odd because I always have to show it at every other hotel. She threw the room key on the counter and said there you go. Seems like she was rushing me and just wanted me out of her way.」
