「It was easy check-in! The room was clean. Community was cute. Quick drive to The Village. Better signage/instruction for the air conditioner controls would be nice. Quick response for clearer directions/instructions. Informing occupants that there is no smoking on the balcony would be good too Overall we had a great time and we consider staying here again. 」

「Townhome was big with modern kitchen. Master bedroom was large and bathroom was fantastic. Support staff was easy to reach and responsive and got the internet sorted out within a couple of hours. Pool was nice and close by. Would have been nice to have an adult pool or better hours instead of 7-9 am and 7-9 pm of which the guests didn't respect as children were in the pool during "adult" times. With so many kids in the pool you can't even go for laps.」

「This was a nice big place, clean and good value for the money. Better than a hotel room at any of the cheap hotels in town. Mark and Steve had some excellent freshly ground coffee, sugar and creamers for us to enjoy in the morning. Great location near downtown and the lake, but quieter than where the chain hotels are.」
