"The room was fine but the bathroom looked a tad beat up and definitely needed a remodel. Everything else was good."

"Room had dirty floors, smoke alarm went off for almost 30 minutes, and there was no way to call the front desk. I tried my phone in my room twice, it was even plugged in and it didn’t work. Then I called the front desk three different times with my cell phone to find out if they’re actually was a fire or if we were in any danger at 1:45 in the morning and nobody answered."
