「It is so sad to see how this Embassy location has gone ‘down hill’ since I lived there in Homewood Alabama. This is the place I had my Rehearsal Dinner many years ago and now won’t stay there again. The floors (every one of them) were filthy, literally and every glass door, window and glass bannister/wall were dirty/filthy.
The water/pond that the dish were in was low and the fish could hardly turn around.
The staff did the best they could (pleasant) but could tell very low staff (same people...

「Will not stay here again. The staff was friendly however I was not a fan of the cleanliness. There was something spilled in the floor all throughout the lobby into the elevator. It was still there the next morning when we went to leave as well. Was never cleaned up. There was a musky smell throughout the entire place. In serious need of renovations. Went to find something to drink and all they had available was at the front desk in a cooler that apparently did not work. It was hot… Went to get...
