「Great hotel」

「The lady at the front desk was not very friendly and didn’t even seem to enjoy her job. When the owner was there, she was very kind and accommodating. However, staff at the front desk kind of ruined things.」

「The first room smelled like smoke so I had to change to another ans it was better. The a/c units seem old and noisy. The staff was ok. They charge for parking just because they can.. it’s big and open but no security or safety. It’s an ok Hilton.. a little musty and has smells to it.. the room are Big and nice and clean」

「I attempted to address a booking issue with the front desk staff, which proved pointless. The staff member was short, rude, and offered no solutions or problem solving outside of rebooking and paying for both bookings. My booking agent and Expedia tried to contact the hotel staff and received the same experience and were hung up on by the that staff member.
