"We arrived late amd were promptly greeted. Unfortunately they weren't able to give us the 2 queen bed room we booked and got a king instead. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal but traveling with a teenager that dis not want to sleep in the same bed and insisted on sleeping on the small couch made for a not so fun time for him. The stay otherwise was nice. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the room was clean. Everything was convenient to get to."

"The room was nice and clean, there was one worker who helped me with my door key not working and helped me get a towel when housekeeping didn’t refresh my room. Housekeeping didn’t refresh my items for 3 days, when I was checking out the lady at the desk tried charging me an extra night when I was leaving on the day I said I was leaving, the days I already paid for."
