「The room was not dirty - just not clean. Staff - The man who checked me in was cordial and responsive. The woman who took care of the breakfast bar was cordial and helped with a smile. At check out the young woman was rude, refused to identify herself and refused to give a receipt. She was rude to several of the clients in our group checking out on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.」

「What a journey! Arrived and received the keys around 2pm. Went to our room for a nap when someone walks in with a dog and said this was his room. We receive a call from front desk asking who we are. We get up and pull back covers only to find blood on the sheets then go to check in desk. We were supposed to be on the third floor but was checked in on 2nd floor. For our inconvenience we were given two free dinners at their location. We proceeded to our new room and we arrive the key didn't work....
