"It took 3 rooms to start with fist door would not open, 2nd door sticks sink leaks and smells bad (also not a queen room as reserved) 3 rd room was a queen ,but dirt around there visible edges. There appears to be a small water leak in the bathroom wall. Pool short on towels,spa tub jets did not work. Same poor breakfast every day hard sausage scrambled eggs and potatoes."

"Almost perfect. The purpose of the stay here was really to use their parking lot ($10/day) for an extended trip and avoid the exorbitant fees charged at BNA airport. Left too early the next morning to be able to rate the breakfast offerings. The airport shuttle service (both ways) was also a key amenity. The facility seemed to have recently been updated... but they weren't _quite_ done. Examples: 1. There was a 'hole' in the room where a loveseat-sized couch could have been (or a work desk and chair). But since nothing was there, it was an unused empty space, leaving no extra seating other than the bed. 2. Shelving in the bathroom was not available... not even a toilet paper holder! Aside from those oddities, everything else was very good -- excellent, even. If they finish the retrofit, then this will deserve another star."

"This was a nice facility, clean and comfortable. The staff were great, it was nice having shuttle service to downtown Nashville Broadway area, and I loved the nightly happy hour. My only complaint is the loud slamming of room doors. The door slams when going in and out of the rooms. One night there were people on our floor who had children that ran up and down the hallways, in and out of the room which means that doors were slamming until the wee hours of the morning. And there were adults who were in and out and just as loud. I suggest creating a “Quiet Hours” policy. This will assist with people knowing what is tolerated and what’s not. Oh, and explore different door mechanisms for a softer close."

"When I arrived I was not aware it was a $ 30 extra pre day for insurance property damage minus the $8 parking per day . Also they were telling different information on the remaining blance would be released. Also on the complimentary drinks, everything was only told to certain people. This was just the worst experience ever I am traveling for school and I wanted to be relaced and comfortable."
