「When you book online, they do not tell you about $100 cash deposit needed when arriving there and then the guy refused to give you a receipt for $100 if we lived in a perfect world that will make perfect sense but we don’t I fought for my receipt and never got it.. 「The property was clean. My room was quiet and clean as well. As a solo traveler, I enjoyed the kitchenette style and felt that I had everything I needed. The breakfast had good options and was sufficient for a good start of the day. Staff was also welcoming and accommodating. 」

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「The hotel itself is nice. Its clean, the staff is attentive and handled their business. The decor has character, but the furniture in the room is dated. It could use an update but overall it sufficed. 」

「Very disappointed considering its a Marriot property. The bathroom is outdated, the tv is too small, the bed is too soft, the pillows are rock hard, the lobby is uninviting, the little courtyard outside our room is useless and the price we paid was way too high. There was coffee brewing in the lobby in the morning , if you wanted to pay Starbucks prices. Never again!」
