「The staff was welcoming and very nice. Our room was ok. There were small ants crawling around the room. We were very tired when we arrived and didn't notice them until the morning. We told the front desk about this when we checked out and it didn't seem to matter to him. The made to order breakfast was great. Location was also decent too」

「I didn’t visit the pool or the bar. The staff provided minimal effort. It is not a leisure resort by any means. It’s more of a motel feel. I had a suite and it needed to be updated in every possible way. It was very incredibly dark, even when all lights were on and the blinds open. I will not stay here again. I booked the hotel as it was away from The Plaza area, to have freedom of self parking. The location was fine.」

「This hotel is undergoing renovations, so this review is how conditions were on my one night stay. On check in, hotel staff told me I was currently booked on second floor rooms but that elevator was not working due to renovations. He offered to move us to first floor if we wanted. I was traveling with my daughter and her two young children, plus my son and his dog. He was very helpful and pleasant and made the switch which made it much easier for us and our multiple to cars to carry...

「We really loved this place. It was beautiful, clean, and in a very convenient location. The free laundry was amazingly helpful for a young family on a long trip. Our only complaint was that the shower room was pretty dark. The one light isn’t sufficient. But overall would highly recommend」

「Room was clean and well furnished. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not have the breakfast, nor use the hot tub. They did have a waterline break which inconvenienced us a bit but I work construction and have had to repair waterlines. Staff kept us informed and were very professional. Thank you for a pleasant stay.」

「The breakfast was really good, but would’ve preferred the rest to be a little cleaner and the elevator broke down and made Ben up on the third floor a bit of a frustration.」
