「It's the firs hotel in my life that I had to do my own check in on my phone! Including taking a picture of myself for the door to open, while the front desk person was busy playing word finder!!! The towels were dirty and had long hairs on them! I hope Expedia removes this hotel from their listing! And the neighborhood is the scariest I've ever seen!!!」

「Very disorganized; they assigned the same room to two different guests. Another guest even entered my room using an incorrect key provided by the front desk. There were no housekeeping staff available, and check-in was significantly delayed.」

「Hotel simple, buena ubicación, desayuno normal,camas buenas」
