Very good high quality hotel. Everything was in perfect working order. The staff are extremely professional and attentive. Very good amenities. The region around the hotel has a few homeless. It reminded me of the Tenderloin in San Francisco California but there are so many restaurants, bars, shopping centers, barber shops and laundries nearby it makes up for it. I would stay again for sure.

Great stay

Very nice hotel, great breakfast, very nice and always helpful staff. Very nice rooftop bar with great pizza! In one direction the neighbourhood is a bit sketchy and the other way down the Main Street it’s very nice. But no problems ever.

I love this hotel my favourite place to stay in São Paulo . The staff are extremely helpful , and friendly . It has a boutique hotel vibe. Whilst it might only be 4 stars , the finishes in the hotel are top quality . The interiors reflect a high end hotel . Always enjoy my stay here , thanks again .

Very nice hotel with great amenities. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Curtain in hotel was partially yanked off rail and not fixed when I checked in. Housekeeping should have addressed before I checked in.

I love this hotel. It's a hidden gem in this part of São Paulo. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Staff are amazing - helpful, polite, friendly. On this particular trip I was provided with a room upgrade to the bridal suite. It was perfect because I had quite a lot of luggage and was able to spread out. I ate dinner at the rooftop bar and it was pleasant. This is my go-to hotel whenever I am in São Paulo.

Very nice hotel near the center of Sao Paulo

Very nice hotel near the center of Sao Paulo occupying the top floors of an office building, giving it's rooms a nice view of the city. It's got a nice entrance and it deserves its four star rating. The rooms are not super spacious but adequate for couples. The breakfast is outstanding with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, fruits, breads, and pastries. One can order freshly made omelettes and the Brazilian tapioca bread. The restaurant for dinner is also excellent with a wide selection of dishes that are not too expensive. The front desk service is first-class.

High end hotel near the center of Sao Paulo

We like the proximity of the hotel to many museums and sights in the center of the city. You still have to catch a cab or uber to get places, although it's a small fare. Depending on the room the hotel can be good. We liked room 2608 but not 2306. The service is generally good for set things, but we asked for a luggage rack and extra towels and it took 4 hours and 5 requests. The breakfast is outstanding with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, custom made omelettes and Brazilian tapioca, fruit, breads, yoghurt, pastries, etc.

;staff was very polite and helpful . Farouk upgraded my room because my TV did not have any English speaking channels . , breakfast was very good except for the scrambled eggs they were serving every day sometime it seems they were not cooked enough . That did bother me because there were other selections of food . rooms were very spacious and cleaned .the mattress and pillows very good the shower in the bathroom spacious and the shampoo conditioners and body lotion were good quality from Occitane. the pool on the roof top is small. There is a carfour supermarket near by and some restaurants . The only down side is not close to paulista ave as other travellers were saying is a good 30 min walk and if you book any activity with get your guide this hotel is not within the area they pick up from hotels.
