Gostei mais dos funcionários, da atenção dada aos problemas de manutenção da propriedade. O que não gostei foi a total falta de manutenção da propriedade, as fotos do website é trabalhada de forma a enganar, o predio esta em total decadência.

É a terceira vez que me hospedo no hotel. É de excelência, ótimas instalações, um café da manhã primoroso e um atendimento impecável. Infelizmente como está situado próximo a praça da república, onde há forte concentração de pessoas de rua, acaba limitando a possibilidade de circulação a pé. Porém, isso não é um problema. Voltarei outras vezes!

Eu certamente voltarei a me hospedar no DELPLAZA Excelsior, o qual foi indicação de um amigo. Apesar de paulistano, hoje morando em Campinas, sempre que possível vou a São Paulo e por vezes é necessário dormir para aproveitar bem um evento de fim de semana. Apesar de ser uma construção antiga, que aliás possui muita história, estando incrustado no coração da República e região central de São Paulo, as instalações não deixam a desejar, sendo muito funcional e com suas praticidades. Limpeza notável sim, atendimento educado e solicito o tempo todo. Café da manhã irretocável, simplesmente. O único ponto de dificuldade foi no check-in, onde chegamos até mesmo após o horario liberado (14h30) e foi dito que não havia ainda quarto pronto. Mas fora isso, muito bom.
