"I was surprised to have to pay $20/night for valet parking, but did it for the convenience. Had to wait for an hour to check in because of computer problems. Otherwise the staff was pleasant, room was comfortable and dinner in hotel restaurant was good."

"We stayed at the hotel a year ago and the inside pool had the smell of chlorine in the entire lobby... It was MUCH better this year... the staff was very friendly... It looks like it is slightly out of date...maybe a face lift...a little brighter."

"Imagine a Hotel in Denver with rooms that do not smell of smoke. That’s this Hyatt. The Hotel was immaculate inside and out and the Breakfast Buffet was awesome."

"Room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet (dispute being next to Union Station). Easy to get to the 16th Street Mall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Clean, nice, good food, GREAT FREE BREAKFAST ( the best we’ve had at this price point). Friendly staff. Always asked if we wanted our room cleaned. The only complaint is the hot tub is not hot. We were told that it’s the hottest it’s allowed to be by law but I think staff failed to find out that while they had it set to that temp it wasn’t actually heating to that temp because it was cold. Issues regarding this area have nothing to do with the hotel. Friday night we were woken up by revelers and...

"This is a great value, especially so in Cherry Creek! The hotel is close to Denver Botanic Gardens, historical walking neighborhoods, Whole Foods, great restaurants and shopping. The coffee out all day, including early morning is a really nice touch."

"The coffee did not fit into the brewer so I couldn’t brew coffee. The gym was nice. I liked the selection of dumbbells and the cable machine. It was nice to have access to coffee in the lobby 24/7. I liked the vanilla creamer. The breakfast was nice. The valet was quick. Getting extra towels was very fast. "
