「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). 「This was our first time at a Drury and we were blown away. From the friendly staff to the spotlessly clean rooms, to the easy parking, to the well spread breakfast and the evening meal. The ice machine wasn't working on our floor, so the girl at the front counter offered to take our ice chest to the kitchen to get ice. I mean the place was just wonderful. It's our new favorite stay.」

「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」
