"Staff is fantastic. Location is great. The only issue is that the uber/lyft drivers won’t pick up or drop you off from the hotel when there are games going on. The secret from the front desk? Put your location in the river! Then when a driver picks up the ride give them the hotel address"

"Love the aesthetic of this hotel. The restaurant is great, the rooms are clean and well decorated, and the staff is super friendly. The only downside is the rooms ive stayed in dont have a fridge or microwave. Other than that great hotel."

"Breakfast and afternoon happy hour were great. The happy hour was basic but a nice touch for a city hotel. "

"The bad- Furniture could definitely use a refresh. Everything is a bit worn down and threadbare. We were assigned room 216 when we checked in. We walked into the room and were immediately smacked in the face with the smell of BO. Apparently, that’s just what the rooms smells like as the second room we were assigned also smelled, though not as badly. The kitchenettes are terribly stocked (no plates, but bowls. No forks, but spoons.) the beds are not comfortable. The usb charger by the bed did not work. The good- the location is very convenient to walk the strip or downtown. The breakfast was actually really good. Never saw the bar open in our two nights there, which is disappointing in such a quiet neighborhood where everything closes early. At least you could grab a beer to take to your room at the little convenience market in the lobby. "

"Had a bit of trouble figuring out the virtual check-in process (I should've done it in advance) but once I got through that, everything was good. I do wish there were more options to leave luggage in a locked cubby after after checkout, since you lose access to the building after your checkout time, but the staff member that was there on Sunday was there until 4 pm and let me in. (This is mostly an issue for Sunday checkout since the restaurant is open late other days)"
