「Specifically chose this location because of the indoor lazy pool and having our granddaughter, who is two with us. We arrived only for the indoor lazy pool, as well as two hot tubs and the main pool being in renovations. I was also chased in the parking lot by a raccoon.」

「The room (407 Ocean side) was more than comfortable. The fact there was a fridge, microwave and stove added to the comfort to those (like us) who bring home left-overs. The shower was clean - the property was well maintained and having 2 parking lots was essential for our security. The morning breakfasts were not bad at all and had various things to eat on any given day from eggs to waffles to potatoes (wife said they had a little too much seasoning though - for her) and the meats they offered...

「Upon arrival at the property, everything seemed ok. Well, upon arriving in the room, the floors were very noticeably covered in what appeared to be black sut, there was food and trash underneath the beds and couch; the bath linen was black, the bed protector was nasty and filthy with blood and urine stains. The bed covering was low in quality. This property needs to be renovated and the furniture updated. This is the exact reason I did not buy a timeshare. Needless to say, the money I paid...

「No conditioner just three bottles of shampoo and I asked the front desk and she said you guys don’t have conditioners」

「Where the view, location, and room size were amazing, the room itself left much to be desired. It was very outdated (I am sure at one time the furnishings and decor were popular at one time) and had an “old” odor. The couch was very worn with odd pillows and the lighting throughout was very dim. The kitchen sink faucet was not properly affixed and felt as though it was going to come off every time we used it.」

「We booked an ocean view room and it was amazing. We’ve stayed at beach cove multiple times and it’s always great. I just wish they had free breakfast lol.」

「Outdated property. Needs to be undated with new furniture, beds, doors, etc... Was on 1st floor by the pool and was a bit noisy」

「The Breakfast was terrible, no one came to clean our room or put fresh sheets on the bed. They didnt specify that u couldnt park on the ground floor when I checked in. So they tried to give me a parking violation, but no where on documentation did it say, or the front desk didnt tell me either that I could not park on the ground floor. That room had alot of damage dirty celing, and tile.」
