"I stayed for 2 nights. Very clean room. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location with a wonderful breakfast spot, coffee shop and Mediterranean restaurant on the same block. Thankfully, the staff let me know that the master switches when you first enter allow you to run all the lights in the room. The walk-in shower entry could be tricky for someone with mobility issues so caution if that’s your situation. Highly Recommend! "

"Very nice, clean hotel room close to Van Andel and that skywalk is amazing. The BOB is great for comedy shows two it’s right across the street."

"The only issue was the toilet wasting water and running the whole time. Had to shut the door to avoid listening. Tried to fix it but it was a bad float valve. room 101. The morning I was to leave, I needed a window scraper in the morning, as it had snowed crustily on my rental vehicle. The front desk did not have one but the attendant gladly offered to retrieve one from their car. While they were gone, I discovered the rental had one. The attendant is very thoughtful. I should have food harder!"

"Room was spacious and clean, breakfast was great compared to competitors’, and the location is convenient. My only complaint was the pool was a bit too cold for the kids, but we were determined to enjoy it anyway."
