"Staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the elevators were down so it was a bit inconvenient but staff kept us informed when it was going to be fixed. The hotel is right on a main busy street so constant noises was expected, other than that the hotel is in a very convenient area to explore places like the aquarium or inner harbor. "

"The Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel is located within walking distance of Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor area which made it a very convenient location for me. Covered parking was available for an additional $35/day. There was no swimming pool. The employees, especially those working at the front desk, were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was a quiet stay for me, except that the AC in the room was so noisy that I had to turn it off at night in order to sleep. Also, the tv signal was...

"Nice modern, clean hotel with comfortable room and nice staff. However the doors slam incredibly loudly relative to a typical hotel and hallway neighbors coming and going all night and well into the early morning kept my family awake. "
