「The room is clean and comfortable. All the staffs are helpful.」

「We had a fantastic 3 night stay at the Dorchester. Front desk staff were very friendly. Very convenient to have digital key for the hotel and our room. Cocktails were fantastic at the Tremont Cafe on the main level. Free parking on site. Directly on the main street with many restaurants, shops etc. We went to the Gayety Theatre directly across the street to see Grace 2, a Tragically Hip cover band. Great spot where many bands play. Our room had a balcony onto the main street. Very nice for...

「We really liked the location and unit but there are 3 things I strongly suggest they fix- ones that prevent me from going back. 1) the beds - you need to rotate them regularly they sag. 2) the curtains- it’s impossible to sleep in and we had people with us that require rest for health issues 3) you had pictures of leather couches facing the tv . You had old sagging sectional sofas in there - terrible to sit on we all sat on the floor it was more comfortable. Your kitchen set up was great !...
