"An old standby in Los Gatos since the 60s. Good as ever. Rooms very comfy"

"We have stayed here before and didn't have a problem. This tim around was way different. One of the room's was having a party and yelling a lot. Around 1 am it got even louder and we had let the front desk know. Then again a few hours later and about 3am they said they had warned them but couldn't do anything. The party died down about 4am. So our stay wasn't great. "

"Front desk staff was lovely and checkin was quick and easy. Getting into the parking area was confusing, but once we figured it out, we felt very comfortable parking in the garage. Our room definitely needed dusting and vacuuming done in corners and along the edges. The bathroom needs a fresh coat of paint because you could see that something was thinly painted over. The sink was odd because the faucet didn’t come out far enough from the back of the sink and it was difficult to rinse hands. The...

"Our stay at this hotel was great! Our first floor room was very spacious and was well-stocked with everything we needed except body lotion. We would have loved another outlet or two (one on each side of each bed would have been great; one bed did not have an outlet on one side) and drawers vs. shelves for storing clothing would have been even better, but overall I have nothing bad to say. "Our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Santa Cruz Scotts Valley was excellent overall. One of the bathroom shower heads was not working in our room, but luckily there were two. The beds were comfortable which made for a good nights sleep. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we are in Scott’s Valley."

"Nice hotel a short walk or Uber to Santana Row and Winchester House. Nice hitech amenities like keyless entry and virtual check in. Only criticism would be the room could use a luggage rack or someplace other than the floor to place suitcases. Otherwise, it's nicely decorated and very convenient. "

"It was an excellent experience...although when the young very large group of students or athletes arrived, the quiet and manners at breadfast deteriorated...but otherwise, atmosphere, room & staff were pleasant & helpful."

"Great little place didn’t realize the air port was so close! Sound wasn’t to bad on the 4th floor tv get distorted during fly bys, pool was nice small space with handicap chair lift I wish the shampoo an conditioners didn’t have hair loss ingredients"
