「The hotel is okay. It's not a fancy hotel with many amenities, which is fine because its price is competitive compared to other hotels on the island. In my opinion, it would be perfect if it were cleaner. The bedsheets and pillowcases were stained, as were some of the towels, and the shower was gross, especially the walls. The room also had a weird smell.
They offer complimentary coffee in the mornings, which is a nice touch. The AC worked perfectly, I didn't have any issues with parking (it...

「Location good. Quiet area. Restaurants and food store nearby. Hotel clean and in good condition. There is an ocean view, however, from a distance. Communication for check-in and office is good. There is no housekeeping but you can get clean towels. Really enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to ocean waves, watching sunsets, and various birds and chickens in area.」

「The 2 bedroom unit was homey and large, with en suite bathrooms for each room. AC in every room worked great and Wi-Fi was included. We had a very comfortable stay. The property was super close to restaurants/Foodland/Hanalei. Will stay again!!」

「The property we stayed at had the quality of a fairly luxurious time share property, but for a fraction of the price. A short drive from Hanalei, and a short walk to a private beach. We had two full rooms, a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a deck. I was also super pleased with the communication from their main staff member. However, be warned to read the fine print as you do have to pay a fairly costly cleaning fee as part of this rental. I would definitely go there again.」
