"Becky at the front counter was extremely kind in evrry interaction. Parking lot well lit with cameras. Hotel is okay itself, nothing fancy. Room was relatively quiet and the bed was super comfortable. Hubby said the shower had good pressure and was hot. Dog friendly and for only $10, and we have a big dog (120lbs) so it is hard to find places sometimes that allow her weight and also don't charge an arm and a leg. $203 on a Saturday with dog and taxes, compared to other hotels we saw, we were happy we stayed where we did. We would stay here again if we came througu with our pup and because the beds were comfy. "

"From our bedroom and balcony we had a great view of the peninsula. We saw wildlife and the surrounding mountains Except for the balcony and windows, the room was immaculate. Nice, friendly staff."

"Hotel facilities were great with an easy check-in! Staff were pleasant and very helpful! The unit was updated and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The motel had just been recently painted along with a fresh paved parking lot. The motel is conveniently located close to town as well as 5-10mins from the Black Ball Ferry line (which was the reasoning for our stay). I would recommend staying at the Aircrest Motel! "
