Housekeeping needs to deliver items more quickly. Room service for food was great and the food was so good! Parking for guests needs to be free or refunded the parking garage fee!! I will be back in the future!

The room was nice, clean, fairly large, but a little worn. The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but improves significantly just a block away, with some very nice restaurants. Within walking distance of the Space Needle. Although we did not take advantage of it, they do have bikes to loan/rent.
