Friendly and accommodating staff. Good value for an overnight stay. Location is walkable to waterfront and downtown amenities. Traffic noise from busy street is only downside but air conditioner running made it ok.

The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and more modern than I expected when I saw the outside. Definitely had some good renovations done! Everything worked well in the room, coffeemaker, TV, etc. I don’t drive but this is walking distance to the water (2 blocks) and super affordable. Can’t recommend highly enough!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We stayed here to be close to the convention we were selling at, as it is conveniently located near the downtown area. On our trip a year ago, this property was going through a renovation and this year, it seemed to have finished the work and the outside is much prettier and classier even. When we checked into our room this time, I noticed several things that hadn't been cleaned: slept-in beds, towels on the floor, etc. I called the front desk, and the staff came out to investigate. They were apologetic and moved us to a new room. (I was honestly just expecting to leave for a while so they could clean our first room.) The kind response was quick and appreciated. The new room was clean, and everything looked nice and fresh. We enjoyed our two-night stay and will probably return in the future.

Toilet paper a must
There was no toilet paper!!! There was a little on the roll. There was 3 of us. Once it was gone i looked everywhere for another roll to no avail. I called front desk no answer. The next morning i go to office its closed at 8 in the morning. Has note that if you need something call one of these 2 numbers. I call both no answer no returned call.... That is something you don't run out of yucky yucky yucky

Affordable. Small. Noisy. Was more convenient than other hotels. Size, per reported sqft, is apparently larger than other sites as well. It was decent. Wore earplugs and kept fan in to create white noise during the night. It was functional.
