The marine animal there get rotated frequently back to the harbor so they are never kept more than a few months. The service is great as they have 3 guides and only about 10 tourists when we were there. We love the detail explanations and personal attention we received there. I stayed at this motel while visiting Olympic NP. One thing I appreciated about this location was the local restaurant listing they provided. It was also very close (10 minutes) to Hurricane Ridge. There are many dining options within 1-5 miles so you can't go wrong.

Perfect stop for a night on my way to Olympic National Park. Check-in was quick and friendly, the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had strong water pressure. Parking right by the door made unloading easy. Wi-Fi was stable and fast enough for work. The location is great for an early ferry or park start, with coffee and restaurants a short walk away. Quiet at night and felt safe. Excellent value for the price. I would happily stay here again.

Overall a decent stay. Stairs were a little tough, for those who have any difficulties with stairs get a ground floor room. Our fridge was turned down low so the freezer defrosted causing water all over the place that we had to clean up on getting there (office was already closed). Room was comfortable, water was hot with great water pressure, located near everything we wanted to do.
